Distinctive Device of Raschel Bag Making Machine

At the end of April, Fung Chang received the order from a new customer who comes from Ukraine. After a lengthy discussion and complicated producing process, we eventually exported the machines to Europe in November.

The exported two sets of Raschel knitting machine are DR2 model, which are equipped with on-line auto cutting device. After finishing all the stitching process on the knitting machine, the Raschel/onion bags on rolls will be separated by the on-line cutting device and sent to the conveyor.

With the on-line auto cutting device, customer is able to adjust the quantity of bags for one stack. When each stack of bag reaches the required amount, the conveyor will move forward so that customer can easily pack the bag and save the time.
