The filter nozzle was installed in the front tip of the injection molding machine barrel and using different types of inserts lead to reach effectiveness of filtering impurities.

  • Prevent the runner gate from clogging.

N40：Used by injection machines less than 400 tons with one shot weight less than 1 kg.

N50：Used by 400-1000 tons injection machines with one shot weight less than 5 kg.
