Differ from its previous exhibitions, two booths have been set up in Plast Eurasia from Asian Plastics this time. One is by Asian Plastics itself while another is by its cooperating agent. Mr. Chao , the manager of Asian Plastics stressed that this decision is being made under the consideration to extend better services to their clients in Turkey. An office is also being set up with a professional team of engineers to provide immediate services and sales of customized parts and components. As Asian Plastics realize they are facing more competitions from other manufacturers, it all boils down to the after-sales services and cost that a manufacturer can provide. Exhibiting in Plast Eurasia for the first time, Der Cheng is showcasing their automatic system together with the machinery from Jon Wai and SPS. The automatic capping system they showcased this time is small in size and comes with high productivity. In collocation with injection machines and molds under integrated automation, this even allow greater efficiency. The highest speed that the system can achieve is 60,000 caps per hour. As the  only exhibitor for capping system in the whole exhibition, Der Cheng  definitely has great advantages in grabbing  the preemptive opportunity in the Turkish market.
