The South East Asian Plastics & Rubber Industry Focal Point


Plastics & Rubber Indonesia 2014 will return on 19-22 November 2014 at the Jakarta International Expo Centre, Kemayoran, Jakarta.

Held as the 27th of its series, Plastics & Rubber Indonesia 2014 is the region’s premier exhibition on plastics & rubber machinery, processing and materials. The event will incorporate dedicated application showcases of DrinkTech Indonesia, PlasPak Indonesia and Mould & Die Indonesia.

 

The exhibitions will occupy 7 halls of the exhibition centre, covering over 21,500 Sqm of exhibit space. With over 700 exhibiting companies from more than 25 countries, the events will host group pavilions from China, Germany, Italy, Korea, Singapore and Taiwan.

The event has achieved yet another new milestone in surpassing the scale of its previous edition. As the largest group pavilion at the event, Taiwan will converge over 72 companies presenting a diverse range of production solutions from injection moulding to extrusion lines to ancillary equipments and more.

 

Commenting on the TAMI group at this year’s edition of Plastics & Rubber Indonesia, Mr. Hsiu Tsang Hsu, 38 emphasized that in presenting the latest and most efficient plastics and rubber processing technologies, the Taiwanese companies endeavor to foster and strengthen partnerships with Indonesia’s plastics & rubber manufacturers. 

The strong presence from China continues this year, establishing another record participation benchmark with over 131 exhibiting companies. The companies exhibiting include; Guangdong Designer, Tederic , Ningbo Bole, Guandong Yizumi, Guangzou Xili & Shanghai Jwell. 

On the Italian presence at the event, Mr. Samuele Porsia, Trade Commissioner, Italian Trade Commission added, `Italy’s plastics and rubber processing, graphic, converting and paper machinery suppliers enjoy a global reputationfor state of the art technology. At this November’s Plastics & Rubber Indonesia, some of the most recognized machinery and equipment companies such as Amut, Bandera, Bausano, Cerutti ITIB, Macchi, RE, Termostampi, Zambello supported by Assocomaplast and ACIMGA look forward to connecting with manufacturers in Indonesia for their production requirements.

With the strong presence of technology and solution companies at Plastics & Rubber Indonesia 2014, the event has now emerged as the strategic gateway for plastics and rubber processing in the S.E. Asian market. 

The event is open strictly to trade only and are expected to gather 13500 trade and industry professionals over the duration of the events.
