FS-55HDSO – Automatic Blow Molding Machine – H Series in Medical Application
H series is with New Design for Strong and Balanced Mold Clamping and Parallel Linear Carriage Movement. To move forward on the automatic production line, this machine is capable of working on the whole line process, such as Auto Deflashing, Auto Jar Neck Cutting, Leak Testing, and Auto Recycling System for production automatically and Central Material Supply System Next By Machine, to achieve the concept of the condensed and complete production line; capable of co-extrusion design for multi-layer bottles production. The H series machine is equipped with single or multiple die head for multi-layer application, so it is suitable for manufacturing two to six layer plastic containers and many kinds of plastic products, like the containers for foods, cosmetics, daily used and the automotive plastic spare parts. Every series of Full Shine’s machines can satisfy different customer demands. In TAIPEIPLAS 2014, FULL SHINE focuses on the medical application and automation to provide the medical-level machine and to approach the automation production, based on product design.

Referring to the multi-layer co-extrusion technology can combine different plastic materials for the better plastization performance, for example, if the outer layer is pearl-colored or shining and the internal layer is the barrier, the middle layer has to be the role to integrate the outer and internal layers, in order to bring out the characteristic of the material; as well as, to use the recycled material for cost-saving and environmental protection. This application is an advanced technology in this industry.

● With the Strong and Balanced Mold Clamping Design and German-made linear guideway, which makes the carriage movement shift and precision.
● Energy-saving design: screw-drive in the control of direct-mounted gear box and inverter motor, and mold clamping & carriage movement are under the control of the servo-motor drive system for the mold clamping and movement, 100% made in Japan to provide the providing the efficient Power Saving: 30-60%. During the cooling time and idle time, the motor is at the sleep stage (extreme slow RPM, near to 0) to significantly reduce the max. power consumption, and when the motor is active, it start to the 100% performance.

● Be equipped with the better chill water circulation, which makes products precisely.
● Blowing Unit Driven by Hydraulic Motor for Changing Mold Easily – Innovation Design
● Blowing unit is equipped with pre-lift feature for better neck forming, as well as, the outstanding air circulation and chill-water cooling feature.



FS-120LSSO – Automatic Accumulator Blow Molding Machine – L series
FS-120LSSO is capable for multi-applications and is a good helper for producing large containers. Automatic Accumulator Blow Molding Machine - L series is equipped with accumulator-type die head, dual injection cylinders, multi-point parison controller and double-piston clamping cylinders. It is used for the application of producing water tanks, chemical drums, jerry cans, and automobile components, etc. The product scope for L series plastic machinery is from 1L to 1000L.

Being the professional producer, Full Shine cares every detail, so the machines are equipped with advanced 3D and CAD computer system, special design on the circuit for precision correction, PLC program and human-machine interface control system.
