Colombo, Sri Lanka To Host The Forth Global Rubber Conference And Exhibition (GRC 2014)


Sri Lanka, the world’s 6th largest exporter and the 8th largest Natural Rubber producing country will be hosting the 4th Global Rubber Conference (GRC 2014) – one of the world’s leading conferences on natural rubber from 27 to 29 October 2014 in Colombo.



Co-organized by the Sri Lanka Export Development Board and Confexhub with strong supports from both the Ministry of Plantation Industries of Sri Lanka and Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Sri Lanka, the event themed ‘Sowing the Seeds for Sustainable Future’, is held to provide NR experts and policy makers, captains of industry and serious investors a platform to converge and meet face-to-face to discuss a wide spectrum of commercial, R&D developments and 2014-2015 price outlook.


According to the organizer, over 700 trade visitors and delegates from 28 countries from United States, Europe, East-Asia, North-Asia and ASEAN will converge at this annual event to discuss pertinent issues on the current global NR situation, strategies and challenges for sustainability, enhancing quality, tyre and dipped goods industry outlook and development and many more issues.

GRC brings together experts and delegates from all over the world with an agenda to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and insights into the commercial aspects of supply and demand and price outlook of natural and synthetic rubber.
