PHASE Series Motors  


Products features:

A) rotor module buckle sleeve design of permanent magnet rotor assembly with patented design technology ensures the mechanical fixation of magnetic steel without adhesive, greatly improves the production efficiency, protects the key health of production workers, eliminates the environmental pollution caused by glue, and ensures that magnetic steel is not thrown out of the motor at extremely high speed. Magnetic steel with high density, high temperature resistance of ndfeb rare earth material, to ensure the motor small size, large torque, high temperature resistance, compared with the use of ferrite, cobalt and other materials of magnetic steel, data shows that the use of ndfeb material of magnetic steel thermal stability, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance than other materials are much better;
 B) rotor module cup-shaped hollow design with patented design technology greatly reduces the inertia of motor rotor and improves the response speed of servo motor, especially suitable for occasions with high response frequency requirements such as injection molding machine and military artillery system;
 C) the front and rear bearings of the motor adopt SKF bearings with high precision and low friction imported from the original installation, which ensures that the motor can operate for up to 10 years without mechanical failure without maintenance. Meanwhile, compared with NSK and other bearings, SKF bearings are superior in terms of wear resistance and small bearing clearance.
 D) feishi air-cooled servo motor series products are all standard EBM fans imported from Germany, which have the advantages of stable operation, large air volume, long life, good quality and so on, ensuring the overall operation of the servo motor is stable and reliable.
