CHINAPLAS Promotes Green Transformation and Technology Upgrade for Building and Construction Industry

Application of new materials and new technologies helps product upgrade.

CHINAPLAS 2016 provides advanced environmental friendly plastic raw materials and cutting-edge automation equipment for the green transformation and technology upgrade for the building and construction industry. New products such as plastic pipes, plastic doors and windows made of new materials and light-weighted structures continue to emerge. With the application performance has become more and more excellent, the application areas continue to broaden, further setting higher requirements for manufacturing equipment and manufacturing capacity.

CHINAPLAS 2016 aims to achieve high-efficiency by high-performance materials; low energy consumption manufacturing and applications; realize product transformation from "low-end to average" to "average to high-end"; change mode of production transformation from high-resource and high-energy consuming to low-carb and green; achieve manufacturing technology transformation from traditional and intensive to digital, informative, intelligence and distributive; promote industrial reform to an intelligent era.

CHINAPLAS 2016, the 30th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries will be held on 25-28 April 2016, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Pudong, PR China. Currently, some of the confirmed famous exhibitors include ACS, BASF, Borouge, Clariant, Conair, Covestro, DOW Chemical, Dow Corning, ExxonMobil, Fangli, Jwell, Lanxess, Polyplastics, Yizumi, Yudo, Yuntianhua, Zhejiang Shuanglin, Battenfeld-Cincinnati, KraussMaffei Berstorff, KEBA, DSM, TEIJIN, etc.

Concurrent events provide chances for more intensive technology exchanges.

CHINAPLAS 2016 has been committed to presenting the latest market trends and technology developments for insiders of the industry. Adsale, the show organizer, and VDMA (the German Engineering Federation) will co-organize the "Industry 4.0 Conference". Many of German leading enterprises in automated machinery and equipment will participate in the forum and discuss on topics based on Industry 4.0, varying from the fundamental concepts to the practical engineering. This can help the audience to have a deeper understanding of the background and future trend of Industry 4.0. It can also bring more practical solutions to the manufacturing industry which currently has pressing demands for transformation and upgrade.

Another concurrent event, namely "Design x Innovation", is co-organized by Adsale and BASF, the global chemical giant and leading supplier of special materials. The event will showcase a series of innovative design made of high-performance materials, covering industries including transportation, sports and leisure, construction and home, etc. Visitors can experience the various applications of plastics technology in the design of product outlook, internal structure as well as function. Thereby it would bring stimulations to the industry in the creativity of product design and material application.

As the internationalized procurement and business discussion platform for buyers of the industry, CHINAPLAS 2016 is expected to attract 140,000 trade visitors from 150 countries and regions.
